Lounging by the Pool

In my virtual world - that is.
Here I am hanging out by the pool in my YoVille world.

Below is my Virtual world front room - that is Amelia in the photo on the wall. It is really cool that we can upload our own photos into these portrait frames.
Below is my virtual world spare bedroom in my apartment (I have an apartment, a trailer and a mansion)

Below is my virtual world front room in my trailer. Skating friends in the portrait.
Rather tiny but visiters can click on it to get a better look.

Below is my gaming room in my mansion -the little red stereo actually plays real YoMusic - ha, isn't that amusing.

Yoville is one of my favorite games. You actually interact with other players, meeting people from all around the world! I met someone yesterday from Palestine - it was most disturbing listening (ok reading) first hand what it is like for him.

How do you unwind?

That looks like fun.

I play a lot of point and click games to unwind. I did try Second Life but I can't get it to run on my pc, or even on my Beloved's new laptop.

It looks like so much fun. Too much fun. I'm afraid it would be a dreadful timesink. But maybe I could just try it and dabble on the weekends. Or would it suck me in?

fairyhedgehog, I remember you mentioned before now some online games that you did. I think that was you -it was a website somewhere - I thought better of finding more online games to play.
As it is, I won't play any of the other games forwarded to me. I cut myself off.
I also play FarmVille and CafeWorld but I've really eased off on how much.
Yoville is my favorite

Tia- I advise against starting up. You have important writing to do :-)
In any case, you wouldn't earn many coins only playing a bit on the weekends. to earn coins you visit friends every day and work in the factory, along with playing games.
if you don't earn many coins, (and you don't buy them) there won't be much decorating to be done in your own places.
Although, it really is something to see what others have done with their places.
I've met some really nice people in the game, and learned quite a bit also.
Met someone who lives in the West Bank - I really feel badly what is happening to his people there! He said they can't even leave one of their cities without being searched. (He's Palistinian)
